🔨 Junior/Intermediate Project Manager (Joinery Shopfitting) | Nationwide | £35k-£45k + Car Allowance
📍 Location: Nationwide (Base: North Yorkshire) | 🚗 Must travel/stay away as needed

💼 Your Role:
- Manage joinery shopfitting projects (£250k-£2M) from start to finish.
- Create Bills of Materials, liaise with suppliers, and oversee site trades.
- Ensure compliance with Building Regulations, CDM, and health/safety standards.
- Lead client communication, progress meetings, and snagging.
- Handle certifications, O&M manuals, and budget/variation tracking.
✅ Requirements:
- Valid UK driver’s license (extensive nationwide travel required).
- Project Management experience in shopfitting/joinery.
- Knowledge of Building Regulations and H&S compliance.
- Strong planning, communication, and financial skills.
